Responsibility
- Lead and manage FTTH and telecom network projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and adjusting as needed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably in telecom or FTTH networks.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with telecom infrastructure, fiber optics, and network deployment is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
