Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for semiconductor and automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and production teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparent communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, documenting lessons learned, and refining processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all project activities.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field; Masterâs degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in semiconductor manufacturing, automation, or a related industry.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor processes, automation systems, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in multicultural or international teams is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a bonus.
