As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager (Process Excellence) to drive operational efficiency and excellence within our ShopeePay division.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance customer experiences, and ensure seamless operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and drive continuous innovation.

Responsibility

  • Lead and manage process improvement initiatives within the ShopeePay division to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular process audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on project progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to digital payments and financial services.
  • Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or a related role, preferably in the financial services or digital payments industry.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
