Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for digitization initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to optimize business processes and enhance productivity.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digitization, IT, or technology-driven projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a cross-functional and global environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Familiarity with digital transformation strategies, including cloud computing, automation, and data analytics.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
