Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and external vendors, to drive project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to scope and quality standards.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, reporting progress to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably in HR technology or IT-related projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid, midshift schedule, adapting to global team collaboration.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
