Responsibility
- Assist the Institution Lead in planning and implementing healthcare facilities development projects in Bali.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee compliance with local and international healthcare facility regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Liaise with government agencies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all facilities are designed and built to support optimal healthcare delivery and patient experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare or facilities development.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
