Responsibility
- Lead and manage fintech projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to enhance team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with fintech products, digital payments, and financial regulations is highly desirable.
