Responsibility
- Lead and manage civil construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
