Responsibility
- Lead and manage application development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in application development or IT projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is a plus.
