Responsibility
- Assist in the development, planning, and execution of accounting special projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and IT teams, to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and external vendors or consultants as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and financial records.
- Support the evaluation of project outcomes and contribute to post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software is a plus.
