Responsibility
- Lead and manage system migration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, timelines, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Monitor project performance using key metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes and recommending innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or IT sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management processes is highly desirable.
