Responsibility
- Provide onsite IT support for the Singapore office, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Offer remote assistance to users in the SEAPT region, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi and VPN.
- Monitor and respond to IT service requests via ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security best practices and data protection measures.
- Conduct regular system updates and patches to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support.
