Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial control frameworks to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Monitor project expenditures and workforce planning to align with organizational goals and financial constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Implement best practices in project management and financial governance to mitigate risks and enhance compliance.
- Support the development of strategic plans by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial control, budgeting, or project management, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with teams and leadership.
- Experience with ERP systems, project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA), and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and their application in project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
