Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee cross-divisional projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Support the implementation of company-wide initiatives and process improvements.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Leverage Mandarin language skills to collaborate with international teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management or PMO roles, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly advantageous.
