Responsibility
- Lead and manage the PMO division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects, allocate resources, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor and report on project performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Mentor and coach project managers and teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and contingency planning.
- Drive process optimization and innovation within the PMO to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
- Demonstrated leadership in driving process improvements and operational excellence.
