Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage electrical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including design layouts, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Support the operations team by providing technical insights and project updates to facilitate decision-making.
- Leverage project management tools and software to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in electrical engineering or construction.
- Strong understanding of electrical design principles, project management methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.
- Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar is a plus.
