Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for ICT projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and corporate financial standards.
- Perform detailed project cost estimation, tracking, and variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including P&L statements, cash flow projections, and project profitability analyses, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to monitor project financial health, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to mitigate risks and enhance project financial transparency.
- Conduct post-project financial reviews to assess performance, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.
- Support audits and compliance activities related to project finance, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and maximize project ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project finance, financial planning, or cost control, preferably in the ICT, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis for large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or with cross-border projects is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are an advantage.
