Responsibility
- Oversee and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and compliance with technical specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial overviews to stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all M&E installations and systems meet industry regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship and resolve any technical issues promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of M&E systems, project management principles, and industry standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
