Responsibility
- Lead and manage civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical (CSA, Mech & Elec) engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation in compliance with local and international engineering codes.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and cost analyses for senior management and clients.
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and innovative solutions to optimize project efficiency and environmental impact.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CSA, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on CSA, mechanical, or electrical systems.
- Proven track record of managing engineering projects in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of local and international engineering standards (e.g., SNI, ISO, IEC).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
