Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to deliver seamless project outcomes.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment, optimizing cost efficiency and resource allocation.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimizations and innovative engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with local and international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, SNI).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
