Responsibility
- Oversee and manage electrical construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct on-site inspections and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of UPS systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, vendors, and clients, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems and UPS installations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and compliance records.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and on-site personnel.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, reporting progress to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical construction, UPS systems, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols.
- Proven experience in project management, site supervision, or service engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali as needed.
