You will ensure that every project is executed according to strict quality, safety, and budget standards while fostering innovation in our building processes. Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and control project budgets, minimizing waste while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Review architectural and structural drawings to identify potential clashes or design improvements.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all active sites.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and generate comprehensive site reports for management review.
- Manage material procurement schedules and logistics to prevent downtime in construction workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property development or large-scale construction projects (Senior roles require 7+ years).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes, CIDB regulations, and local authority submission processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams of sub-contractors.
- Proven track record of delivering construction projects within time and cost constraints.
- Professional registration with BEM or IEM is an added advantage.
