Tracebuild E and C is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer (C&S/M&E) to join our team in Bali. Responsibility
- Lead and manage additions and alterations (A&A) projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with design specifications.
- Oversee Civil & Structural (C&S) and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works, including site inspections, progress tracking, and compliance checks.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Monitor project financials, including cost control, procurement, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure team competence and project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role for Senior Project Engineer applicants.
- Proven track record in managing A&A projects, C&S, or M&E works in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning and design coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction market and experience working in tropical or coastal environments is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
