As a Mechanical Maintenance Drafter, you will leverage your expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) to create precise technical drawings, manage project documentation, and ensure seamless collaboration between engineering and maintenance teams. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of IDR 6,000,000 – IDR 6,500,000 per month, along with the chance to grow within a forward-thinking company. Responsibility
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD for maintenance projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Create and update technical documentation, including assembly drawings, parts lists, and maintenance manuals.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and maintenance teams to interpret design requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback to ensure alignment with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of project files, ensuring version control and easy retrieval for future reference.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of drafting tasks to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD tools and industry best practices to enhance productivity and design quality.
- Support troubleshooting efforts by providing as-built drawings and modifications for existing mechanical systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical drafting, preferably in maintenance or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is mandatory; familiarity with SolidWorks or Inventor is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards (ASME, ISO) and safety regulations is advantageous.
