Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed technical drawings using CAD software for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Review and revise existing drawings to incorporate design changes, corrections, or updates as needed.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, compliant with regulations, and optimized for construction or manufacturing processes.
- Organize and manage CAD files, ensuring proper version control and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, bills of materials, and other technical reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members or interns as required.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies, software updates, and industry best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Operator or Drafter, with a strong portfolio of technical drawings.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles, including MEP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
