Responsibility
- Lead and manage solar energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations to optimize project design and performance.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar energy systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation to management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in project engineering, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, including PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CAD software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements related to renewable energy projects in Indonesia.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or renewable energy (e.g., NABCEP) is a plus.
