Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory authorities to secure permits, approvals, and compliance.
- Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials, equipment, and services while optimizing costs.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
