In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact pipeline projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations. Responsibility
- Lead and manage EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects for pipeline systems in the oil and gas sector.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges to maintain project efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment while optimizing costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pipeline or EPC project management within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline design, construction, and maintenance standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and engineering tools.
- Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
