Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical cooling systems, including CRAC units, for data centers and industrial applications.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and thermal load calculations to optimize cooling solutions.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform system diagnostics, and implement corrective actions to enhance performance.
- Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in cooling technologies, energy efficiency, and sustainable engineering practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cooling solutions, HVAC systems, or CRAC units.
- Proven track record in project management, from conceptualization to completion.
- Strong knowledge of thermal dynamics, fluid mechanics, and refrigeration cycles.
- Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and industry-specific standards (e.g., ASHRAE).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Bali’s regulatory landscape and local industry practices is advantageous.
