Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of M&E projects in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to verify compliance with design and safety standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, reports, and progress updates.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry best practices in all project phases.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E project management or engineering roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from planning to completion.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
