Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of MEP systems in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades and improvements to MEP infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations in all MEP-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance metrics.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and crew members as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP system maintenance, preferably in commercial or entertainment facilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and building automation.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for MEP system monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local and international safety and building codes.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
