Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems for construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation for M&E systems.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues during project execution.
- Ensure all M&E installations adhere to local regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E project engineering, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software for design and documentation.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
