Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and ACMV systems for assigned projects.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to integrate M&E/ACMV systems seamlessly into project plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, budget updates, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Optimize system performance for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., P.E. license) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E/ACMV project engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure development.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for system design and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of local and international M&E/ACMV codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, SNI).
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, P&IDs, and single-line diagrams.
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical distribution systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
