Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, resources, and risk assessments, with a focus on international compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.
- Oversee technical design, implementation, and testing phases, ensuring all deliverables meet industry and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing proactive solutions to maintain seamless execution.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial analyses, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Leverage international exposure opportunities to adopt best practices and innovative methodologies from global markets.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in project engineering, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with international teams and clients.
- Familiarity with international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI, ASTM) and regulatory requirements.
- Problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach to overcoming technical and logistical challenges.
- Willingness to travel or relocate for short-term assignments to support global project demands.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong advantage.
