Responsibility
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project workflow and resource allocation.
- Review and verify project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts, to ensure compliance with standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and regulatory standards.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex technical data and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
