Responsibility
- Oversee the design, planning, and execution of civil and structural components for retail construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to on-site teams for quality assurance.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for project feasibility.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Resolve structural challenges and propose innovative, cost-effective solutions without compromising integrity.
- Coordinate with government agencies for permit acquisitions and regulatory approvals.
- Document project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies in detailed reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, preferably in retail or commercial construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, seismic design, and construction best practices.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and geological reports.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and Malaysia as needed.
