Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects in Bali, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety protocols and environmental sustainability guidelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize project delays.
- Foster strong relationships with local authorities, vendors, and community stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
