Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and production, to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure project expectations are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
