Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of electrical systems for construction or infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess electrical requirements and identify potential risks or inefficiencies.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for electrical installations, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement, installation, and testing of electrical components.
- Monitor project progress, track budgets and timelines, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Troubleshoot electrical system failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality assurance benchmarks.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical project engineering, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design software for electrical system modeling.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC) and local Indonesian regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
