Responsibility
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to streamline production workflows and reduce waste.
- Apply Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to implement process optimizations and monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, cycle time, defect rates).
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train and mentor staff on Lean principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Power BI) to track performance metrics and present insights to senior management.
- Support the deployment of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation) to enhance manufacturing agility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt) are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering within a production environment.
- Proven track record of leading CI projects with measurable impact on efficiency, cost savings, or quality.
- Strong proficiency in Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, Poka-Yoke) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing execution software.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills to drive change across all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit support provided for eligible candidates).
