Responsibility
- Create detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software based on engineering designs and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient integration of MEP systems into building designs.
- Prepare and revise technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for construction and installation purposes.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all drawings and designs.
- Perform site visits and surveys to gather necessary data and verify the accuracy of drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address any design-related issues during construction.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings, revisions, and as-built records.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software, and best practices in MEP drafting and design.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in MEP drafting, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software; experience with BIM is a plus.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and construction standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building regulations and standards is an advantage.
