Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of electrical and ACMV systems for diverse projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop technical specifications, drawings, and project timelines.
- Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and budgets, to ensure project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to design plans, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during project implementation, providing innovative and practical solutions.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear communication, addressing concerns, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in electrical and ACMV engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical project engineering, with a focus on ACMV systems, building services, or industrial installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or similar design software for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SNI, IEC, NFPA).
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to technical challenges and on-site coordination.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
