Responsibility
- Lead and facilitate Project Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) to align stakeholders on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Coordinate handover processes from the Sales Department, ensuring all project requirements and client expectations are clearly documented.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to streamline project execution.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, project management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning to execution and closure.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with engineering standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
