Responsibility
- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects, including Main Con and A&A works, from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, project documentation, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
- Liaise with government authorities and clients to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical and managerial skills in construction project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management or civil engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze technical data and solve complex engineering challenges.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
