Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery and compliance with LTA standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify construction work meets engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, including identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
- Liaise with government agencies, clients, and consultants to facilitate project approvals and permits.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEB Degree preferred) or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure or LTA projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or working towards it is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and structural engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, or similar project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and LTA project requirements is highly desirable.
