Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractors and trade professionals to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Review and approve technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering plans to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies to facilitate smooth project execution and obtain necessary permits.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a secure and sustainable work environment.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and innovate solutions that enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record in construction or real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant engineering disciplines is a plus.
