Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation.
- Manage budget tracking, cost estimation, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Resolve technical challenges and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders for permits, approvals, and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; licensed engineer preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on residential or commercial construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or Primavera for project management and design.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building regulations and permits (a plus).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia or travel as needed.
