As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced CCTV surveillance systems, network security solutions, and integrated security architectures for commercial, residential, and institutional clients. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-performance, scalable, and secure systems that meet both client requirements and industry standards.
Based in Bali’s key areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, security consultants, and project managers, to deliver seamless and innovative security solutions. This role offers a competitive salary package of $4,500 – $6,000 per month, along with the chance to work in a fast-paced, internationally focused environment.

Responsibility
- Design, configure, and deploy CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, and video analytics solutions.
- Plan and implement network security infrastructure, ensuring robust firewalls, VPNs, and access control systems.
- Collaborate with clients to assess security needs and develop tailored system architectures and project plans.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV, networking, and security systems, providing timely support to stakeholders.
- Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend security enhancements.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, including system diagrams, project reports, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technology, IoT, and network solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CCTV system design, network security, or IT infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in IP surveillance systems, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and cybersecurity principles.
- Hands-on experience with security hardware (e.g., cameras, NVRs, switches, routers) and software (e.g., Milestone, Hikvision, Axis).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or manufacturer-specific training) are highly advantageous.
