Responsibility
- Project Management: Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards across Bali's key regions
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facilities management sector, with a focus on commercial, hospitality, and residential clients
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing strategies to attract new business in targeted Bali locations
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with Indonesian regulations, safety standards, and AEON's quality protocols
- Technical Oversight: Provide engineering expertise for facilities management solutions, including HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and emerging needs in Bali's facilities management sector
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and technical teams to align project delivery with business objectives
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project reports, business development metrics, and performance analyses for senior management
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of combined experience in project engineering and business development, preferably in facilities management or related sectors
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and familiarity with facilities management systems
- Business Acumen: Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth in the Indonesian market
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and facilities management standards
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
- Certifications: Professional engineering certification (e.g., P.Eng) or project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous
- Local Expertise: Familiarity with Bali's business environment, infrastructure challenges, and key industry players
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a client-centric approach
