Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects progress according to schedule and specifications
- Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial targets are met
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management and stakeholders
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets company standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations is a plus
